Just moved in recently. Office staff didn't even do a walk-through prior to us moving in. Apartment was in terrible condition when we moved in, but by then we had no other option. The apartments are very old, and the owner (Berkshire) obviously does not put much money into repairs. When we reported the numerous problems to the staff, we were told, "Life isn't perfect, you just have to live with some things". If you like dead leaves, this is the place to be, because landscaping is non-existant. When we signed the lease agreement, we were amazed at how cheap it was considering the size of the apartments. Now we know why.
