Years at this apartment: 1994 - 2003
 
However wrote that about the manager being the best must have been the manager. In my 5 years at the Avalon I have never seen a worse manager. The staff is now complete with two great ladies at the front led by a dynamic manager. I will be here for years to come. Well done berkshire!
