I am so ready for my lease to be up. I don't even really know where to begin. The neighbors are loud at all hours, my shower leaks and the ceiling was molding in my bathroom. I had to call managament 3 times to fix it. Best of luck if you have a problem you need management to attend to b/c it will take at least 3X for them to fix it. Not only that, I do not feel safe here. Two weeks ago we had to call 911 for gun shots. Yeah rent is cheap but I would rather pay more than be miserable for a year's lease.
