Yes, the Avalon has had its challenges in the past 2-3 years BUT I believe corporate management has sent us HUGE improvements in the shape of the new property director and her assistant director. Since theyve been here, I have seen marked improvement in customer service skills, friendly attitude, great maintenance & grounds staff, quick response to resident issues, sprucing up the buildings & grounds, etc....Its really great to see. The new staff has inherited alot of frustration & bad history, and theyre handling it extremely well.





Sure, the property is old but you cant beat the square footage that you get for your money in the Sandy Springs area. I love all the trees on & surrounding the property, not to mention the babbling brook/creek that runs behind the townhouses. Its a great place for walking due, to the hilly environment; and having the North Fulton Tennis Center right next door and the Publix strip mall down the road is extremely convenient.





And lets not forget - a HUGE improvement in the new Comcast cable provider!!!!





I think theres alot of projects to improve the property scheduled for this year. I look forward to it.
