OK, let's get real, TVMaxx was a company illegally repackaging Dish Network. . . so the switch to Comcast that took over 3 years was necessary.
Yes, great that the buildings are finally getting painted, unfortunately the contractor is doing a ------ job and not cleaning up as they go so residents are having to trek through wet paint, garbage, dirt, dust and debris. And if you thing WE (the residents) haven't paid for the 3 pressure washings in 6 months you're mistaken, residents pay for water--the management company splits a portion of "common use" water. . . OK, so how much water do you think it takes to wash all the units' A LOT.
