Thank you to those residents that had positive comments about the property. I know that this property has had its challenges in the past two years, we have a stable staff now and have been working diligently to improve the overall appearance and customer service of this property. I am sorry for those of you that had poor experiences in the past, but I can assure you that the times have changed. Please don't let a few disgruntled residents deter you from giving The Avalon the chance we have earned.

Thanks to those that have given us kudos, we appreciate it more than you know!

I guess nobody talks about Lucy Santos, her mother, or their associates. But then again, they don't live there anymore as they have some temp housing from the Federal Government.
