just moved out this year, then they started making improvements recently,
the manager is not nice, and kinda
transparent,
they say they are going to do something but dont,
the only nice lady there is sherri, i think her name was,
maintance, was ok in the beginning when you moved in for repairs , but gradually they were slower and took far longer for simple repairs ,
the complex is ok, they show you a beautiful showhouse! but dont expect anything that nice, its kinda basic inside but spacious for the price..
they have started to take anyone one in for the money i guess,
there is a lot of noise, you can hear your neighbors talking and hear foot steps all the time, it drove me nuts, but there was nothing i could do,
bad construction,
you get what you pay for they say,
its not luxury property,
but its adaquate,
people moan about taking their assigned spots and leave little notes or knock at the door at night to tell you you are in their space!
