Though the Avalon had a lot of things going for it (large apartments, quiet living, great location) it was the leasing office that sold me. I can't begin to describe a more helpful group of people. I hope they all still work there! They went out of their way to help me when signing my lease, and even pro-rated my pet deposit for me. And about a year later, when my cat escaped out my front door, they helped me try to find her, allowed me to post flyers and even had the maintaince staff help me look!

The leasing staff and maintaince makes all the difference in an apartment. If I hadn't had to move to out of state for work, I know I would still be living there!
