I have been living in this complex for 2.5 years now. Thanks God, I am moving out next month. Everything about this complex is horrible.
No parking available. Always expect a parking ticket on your windshield. You are not provided any enough parking space, but they do not care to call the police to give you tickets.
One of your 80 year old neighbour might make a complaint about you and your leasing office could send several notices to your place without even asking you if you really disturb that old liar.
No insulation, get ready to freeze in winters.
