basically this place is a horrible death trap. Signing a lease here will make the next year of your life the most aweful living experience you willl ever have. DO NOT be fooled by there model, and their unwillingness to show a vacant should send off warning signs. Warn your friends and all you care about to stay away. Something wrong with my apt they seem to things still deems this place as somewhat quality: wood on walls is actually rotting before by eyes, ceiling leaks, if a take a bath there are cracks in the tub and it leaks into my neighbors bathroom, no insulation or soundproofing, holes in cabinets that actually lead to neighbors, the wood walk ways and stairs are warping so much that you can not leave the apt in heals as you may get stuck, dishwasher and garbage disposal from the 1970's, carpet in front of the bathroom sink (ewww!!), they never change the carpet or the pads therefor you are sharing stains with previus tenets, so a shotty job cleaning and repainting the apt, closet doors and regular doors are so time beaten and the racks have never been replaced and are beyond repair = in the middle of the night you may hear a dealthy crash, that is just your closet door falling off the hinges, call maintenance - average 10 week plus response time. I could go on for pages. Dont be fooled like I was and stay away.
