We moved in here 3 months ago. When we moved in, we filled out a move-in slip listing out all the things that were wrong with the apartment. Some of those things are STILL not taken care of!
If you make any complaint, you can rest assured that it'll not be taken care of. We've had to call the "office" every day to get ANYthing done.

There is a guy called C--d(or S--n, I can't rber his name) in the office and he's the biggest jerk I've seen. Any time you go to the office, you'll see him at his computer with atleast 5-6 chat windows open. Until now, 3-4 times that I've complained about something either in person or thru phone, he'll say that he's putting a work order BUT you'll never find that the work was actually put in. When I go back and follow up with another person at the office (A---da) she'll check her papers and find that the work order is missing and she'll say that she doesn't know why it isn't there and that she'll have to check with Chad to see what's happening !!
And if at all they say that maintenance was done, you can never be sure cos there'll be no slip in the apartment saying that they were in!

When asked why it takes so long to get any maintenance service, A----a says there are only 2 maintenance personnel (for 250 units!!) And since they are now also renovating units, these 2 guys are pulled into that too.. and so the residents currently living are tortured with NO SERVICE RENDERED.

Bottomline: C--d(or S--n, whatever his name is) is an absolute jerk, A----a is ok in the sense she'll atleast get things moving and give us an update.

Maintenance is AWFUL! Office staff are useless..

There are big signs in the apt entrance that say "Come see our new look"...what these buggers don't understand is that it's not only the look that matters... what's more important is whether residents problems are taken care of in a timely manner!

PLEASE DO NOT COME AND LIVE IN THIS SICK PLACE AND UNDERGO THE MISERY THAT WE ARE UNDERGOING.

Fortunately, we took only a 9 month lease and so we'll be out in another 5 months. God help us through the rest of the stay here ... ugghhh place!
