Thank God I moved out at the beginning of the month. Please do not be fooled by the cover-ups being pushed off as renovations! I lived there for two years. Location is awesome, however the drug deals on the front steps and the constant drug busts are alarming. My building was right in front of the building that burned to the ground where they have landscaped a new "park" area. LMAO! This place is a joke! We even had to move out because of mold for a week while they also tested for asbestos. The walls are so thin, I could always hear my neighbors having sex, or their phone calls, or arguments. This community is not worth the money, and parking is horrific even if you have assigned parking. Old management was a nightmare, rent was only $675.00 with new management rent went to over $900.00, are you kidding''' I never felt safe with the constant car and apartment burglaries as well as the drugs and prostitution. And the child smuggling case that was on the local news, even showed the apartment #! Dear GOD, please take your money and run!!!
