This Property Is In very poor condition an the so called renovation is only cosmetic. And incomplete. It will cost nore money in the long run to live here. There is no installation between the floors. Chiping paint and no grounds maintenance other than on the front of the property. So plenty of ants,spiders and other bugs. No warning about workmen doing loud jobs. Loud jobs being started on the weekend at 8am.
