I moved in here in February. Originally, I totally loved the place. My apartment is third floor 1250 sq ft and a screened large balcony overlooking the back woods and playground.

That being said I was told the backyard was going to get a face lift before the summer. It hasn't instead my view is falling down chain link fence, and on over clogged drain leading into a no flowing sludge covered creek.

The one saving grace I thought well, humm I can go to the pool. I have been waiting its July the summer half gone there is no open pool, due to problems with county inspection.

As for grill, I pulled into my apartment complex two days ago to discover the front bushes of my building on fire due to someone dumping coals.

Also, my downstairs neighbor commented that that she having a rat problem.

I love the apartment, its spacious and looks beautiful inside. It??s an easy commute to MARTA and right on top of a million things to do in the Sandy Springs area. So I am torn if I should leave and look for something better or stay and wish for improvement.
