Thanks for the help. We were looking to move and have been researching lots of apartments in the area and yes this one does have some pretty bad reviews but what really mattered to me was how I was treated when I walked through the door. I have been in contact with the sales agent Belinda for over 2 months whom was always helpful,friendly and professional. Whenever she was unavailable the other ladies never hesitated to assist me and my family. They took the time to answer all questions very throughly, they were very patient(my family does not speak english very well) and seemed very warm at all times. Two days ago upon entering the leasing office met a resident whom spoke very highly of the property and staff with that in mind we decided to lease and realized this was the perfect place for myself and my family.
