*******THEY HAVE LEAD PAINT IN ALL OF THE BUUILDINGS**** THEY ARE VIOLATING EPA CODES AND TRYING TO COVER IT UP*********************

First of all the renovations are a joke. This complex is over 30 years old. You can hear a mouse run across the floors. Poor infrastructure and insulation. Get ready to pay high Georgia power bills. I live alone and my bill was $163 last month. All they did was change the fixtures, counter tops, and paint. Moreover, they did not do a good job. You still have the same old wiring and plumbing. The leasing office doesn't notify you of anything. That would include when you receive a package or when they shut off the water for repairs. Be careful when it rains, the painted wood is a definite safety hazard even with rubber soled shoes.
When it is warm, people sit on their truck beds, smoke, and drink beer in the parking lot all night. If you have friends over, they will have a hard time trying to find somewhere to park.
Great location but poor staff-especially Kory. She is an idiot. You notice she doesnt have any positive responses..

I agree, I just moved out and Kory is by far the worst. She has been so rude on many occasions.

Kori? I wasn't sure about her at first but she has seemed pretty nice to me so far. I had more problems with the other staff there, especially this tall ------- american girl that basically tried to call me stupid because she didn't understand something I was saying... I have an iq of 140 and deal with high level mathematics for a living and she had trouble forming complete sentences... I felt sorry for her more than anything else.

In all fairness, that story about the prostitution ring is from 2005. I've lived here since January 2007 and have not had one single problem. All the staff that was here when I rented is GONE but so far I haven't noticed any changes. I got the notice today that the community has been sold to Harbor Group International and I am praying that there aren't any problems and that the property does not go down in value.

How would do you know that there is lead paint? If there were, call DHHS and report it.
