The price is right and the renovations are great, but the walls are TERRIBLY thin and many of the tenants seem to have no respect for their neighbors. Also lots of folks hanging out in the parking lot day and night. Would be a good place for a young person who is gone alot, but I would not recommend for working professionals or families.
