I have been residing at the property for over a year in half. It's the most terrible experience I have ever had.The Management sucks, they have attitudes, rude, and you name it what else. The only two nice people that work at the property is both Chris's one is Maintenance and the other is Leasing Agent.I live in a 2bedroom 2 bath,my water went from being 38.87 to 57.22 a month, an I am the only one living in my apartment. I worked 6 days a week and 9 hours a day. Why is my bill that high' You have people living in apartment with 5 and 6 differnt people paying the same amount that I am paying. Is that fair' They have recovering addicts living on the property. They dont tell you that. They try to act like they are recovering alcoholic, but we all know they are recovering drugs users. Its a half way house on the property; where the tenants are paying almost $1000.00 month. The parking is horrible. We have people partying at the pool that do not reside on the property drinking beer.

I feel pretty much the same way but I have one comment and one question.
Comment: Even some of the most expensive apartments have halfway houses and people putting up AA newbies. In some of those complexes you can alert management and they will boot the people, but if the managers are sympathetic to AA for some reason they might let it pass. On many properties it is against the lease though.
Question) How do you know the people at the pool don't live there? Are you saying that there are sometimes parties at the pool where people invite their friends that don't live there or do you mean that there are groups where no one is from the complex?

The water bill is affecting everyone; not just at this complex. If you haven't noticed, we are in a drought and the water companies have been planning to raise prices significantly for months now, and I guess they finally hit. The usage of water dropped, and so did the profits. In turn they raised their prices. It's unfair, but it's life. I would suggest getting a 'low flow' shower head that puts out 1.5 gallons/min compared to regular 6 gallon/minute shower. Our bill has also jumped from $30 to $50.00, but we have two people.
