The management is terrible at complying with demands. There are so many roaches that come out at night- german, cockroaches, etc. They always forget to add people to the extermination list, and when they do remember, you come home to find roach bodies everywhere.
The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything that happens- above you, outside, etc.... I cant tell you the number of countless times my sleep has been disrupted. Not by noisy neighbors, per se, it's just the walls are so incredibly thin.
I've only heard rumors of maintenence breaking into peoples homes, but I've heard it from 4 different people, so that is concerning.
The majority of the people at the pool are not really from the complex since it is NOT gated and they leave the fence to the pool unlocked.
The grounds stay pretty clean, but who cares when there are so many other cons' Save your money, and pay a bit more somewhere else. I wish I did.
