I moved here from Woodstock in February- from the Terraces at Townelake. Compared to that place, I am happy to be living here. At first, we had a major issue with the upstairs neighbors who were extremely loud at all hours of the night, on any night of the week. All we could do is complain and I believe that other neighbors around us did too. Finally, they moved to a townhouse in this complex. I am not sure why, but I am glad they are gone. The apartments do have thin walls, and sound does come through, but I can deal with it now that the new upstairs neighbors are reasonable people. There are a lot of kids (but not as many as at the former place I lived- there were busloads, literally). Everyone seems generally nice. I haven't seen any suspicious behavior as far as drugs. I like the space in the apartment, and the new appliances. I think they did a good job on the renovations. Overall it's a very peaceful place. I think it's a great price for the area. We will stay here until we move into a house. I recommend it if you're not sensitive to noise, and with a little luck, you may get some respectful neighbors.
