We had a problem with the tile in the kitchen area. One afternoon I came home to find that not only the entire kitchen Tile was replaced but also the Foyer Entrance, which is really a nice size. The Staff continues to go above and beyond in service.

I must say, since my first posting-which was scathing to say the least, the management here has improved tremendously. Someone must have been listening-and more importantly, relaying the less than favorable feedback to the new employees at the front office. Among other things, I'd have to say that one of the biggest and most welcome improvements has been the change in Fidela's attitude (the young lady with the heavy accent in the front office). Once a seemingly cold and rigid person, she's loosened up a bit and actually seems to care about the residents' issues. This will be my last year here and while I won't be sad to leave, I am glad that residents coming in will get a more welcoming staff than the one that started just a little more than a year ago.
