THEFT AND BREAK-INS

This week there were 3 break-ins. Someone is going to the apts during the day, ringing the doorbells and if there is no answer, using a crowbar to break in the doors. The management has not notified the tenants. The break-ins can be verified by the Sandy Springs police and viewing the crime reports on www.crimereports.com.
They charge $25 per month for valet trash removal. You do not have an option. The water bill is prorated amongst all tenants. You are not billed for individual usage.
Someone broke into the drop box and stole some of the rent checks THIS MONTH. Management still hasn't notified the tenants.
KEEP DRIVING PAST THIS DUMP!!!!!!

I have been living at 550 abernathy for almost 4 years, I have never had a problem. I'm grateful to have this 3 bedroom apt with 2 bathrooms for the rent i pay in the neighborhood i live in. Its really a great deal a Post apt would cost double. Most of the time the maintenance issues are fixed same day. As far as recent crime that's unfortunate i think a sign of the times, I would urge people to get a dog, or hook up the alarm. My neighbors are great all of them are long term here, thats a good sign i think.
