For the people that are reading this page, if you don't listen to anybody else, listen to me. I have been over in 550 abernathy for years. In the beginning, 550 abernathy was beautiful, peaceful and quiet and everybody got along and looked out for each other. The staff, ---- and the rest of the crew were amazing. Then these people took over. First they don"t know a da** thing about managing and customer service. They don't want to put the money into these apartments. Lets keep in mind that these apartments are over 20 years old. Trust me I know. The pipes are old, they need to be replaced but its too expensive. The cabinets are falling off of the wall in many apartments. Trust me, I have the nails to prove it where they were to cheaP TO take them down and put them back up. -----, and especailly --------are LIARS!!! They fired the maitenance man, he stole the rent money orders and petty cash in the office and then they act like everything is okay. I don't care how much they deny crackheads, alcoholics and rapists don't live over here in the so called rooming houses but they do. My child got ran over by a car. I have the proof in that too!! These drunks try to lure kids from the bus stop. If it weren't for the parents teaming together, we probably would have missing kids over here. The disgusting horemongers lurk around the pool in the summer time looking at the girls. We can't even swim and have fun without feeling like we were being undressed with their evil looking eyes. Lets not forget about the thugs that were smoking marajuana at the pool. Got the proof for that as well, and we can't even work out in the gym in peace because people who don't have cable live up there at night sometimes just to look at cable and lets not even talk about the suppose to be security overe here. Is terrance ever at home and the new security guy just wants free rent. I can go on and on but I guess I will stop here. OHHHHHHH!!!!!! One more thing the high A** water bill. you residents over here know that isn't right. the staff get the water bill every month andmultiply, divide and add on to the bill and split ip up among all the occupied residents and thats why our water bill is crazy. like $100 and up for this and we aren't home like that to be billed our suppose to be water usage. It's kind of hard to something about this because they are so wrong, they have ways of getting around this, but after reading so many comments, I think that I will be making a phone call to someone. Talk to u later!! Oh sue me if you want Like I said, I have proof, videotapings, and voice recordings of all that I am talking about. I'm READY!!!!DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!!

I agree with many things you said but some of it sounds like paranoid delusion. Evil-eyed "Horemongers" at the pool? You mean young singles connecting? I met lots of people at the pool, both guys and girls and made some lasting friendships. There were some KIDS at the pool who smoked pot a couple times, and the office threatened to have the whole family removed - at which point their mommy's came out side and ripped them a new #$###. They were hardly thugs... just teenie-boppers. Sounds to me like you are a bit skittish and awkward, probably someone who doesn't talk much in real life but all the sudden on the internet you have tons to say. Try exploring and socializing a bit and maybe the world wont seem so intimidating anymore...
