Honestly, I did not mind living here. However, I am a single college age guy. The walls are thin and you can hear everything that goes on with your neighbors. I wouldn't swim in the pool and I would plan on taking any walks out side at night, ever. I would not let my wife live here and I certainly wouldn't live here with children. There have been a string of frequent break-ins and robberies here. I spoke with the detective and they shared that there have been several break-ins every month for quite some time now. I would not call it luxury apartments at all. I would say that it is a cost effective and moderately safe place to live. You are not going to find a better deal in this location. If you want safer nicer, you will have to spend more money, that's the bottom line. If you are a bachelor or a college student, go for it. If you have a family, it's not too bad just know what you are getting into.
