I liked it - I lived here from 2008-2010, then moved out of state. I'm moving back in a couple months and I would definitely move back to Jefferson. I loved the look of the apartments. Neighbors were cool (minus the constant smell of curry). There are alot of small kids, which I don't really care for, but the good outweighed the bad. 3 years and not going ANYWHERE - I have lived here for 3 years and counting. I started off living in apartment 905 in the front of the complex and downgraded to a 2 bedroom a few years ago. I have never had an issue with maintenance and the office staff. When I need something I approach them with respect and they return the favor right back. Survey - The apartment complex has made some improvements. The lights in the parking garage are wonderful and helps for security. The security doors are a step in the right direction. I love this apartment! - I just moved in to the apartment a few months ago and I am really enjoying my experience here. The community is so quiet and I always feel safe and at home.
