THIS PROPERTY SHOULD BE CONDEMNED From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/1/2003 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003   all i can share with anyone is this place is an absolute rip off. prices per unit change daily leaving residents paying a premium price for a pest infested disaster. i have had to involve terminex 3times all at my expense because Anne the property manager can't handle anything that is presented to her. the utility bills here are so high you'd think you were paying an electric bill to cool down or heat an uninsulated tent. the kitchens don't even include a dishwasher let alone a reliable fridge. it's embarrassing to admit i'm a resident of this dump. there is no safety offered either and expect your vehicle to be broken into. this place is absolutely discusting and i pity anyone that is considering here.
