I'd only recommend college students to live here

the place reeks

only thing good, is the location. But personally for me, there are things I cannot sacrifice for good location (such as roahces, brown water, small kitchen, broken ac, did I say roahces')

the apartments are extremely small.

these apartment are not for the grown and sexy .

I know your feeling about the attitude of the staff. I had the same experience as several of the people here who were shown the plans for the deck and the "urban" elements. The day I was to sign paperwork, the leasing agent wasn't there and nothing was prepared and when i asked to see the manager, the girl there put her hand flat up in my face and told me to wait and she'd "deal" with me in a minute. That should have been that. I didn't have any roaches in my apartment in my 14 months there, but the water pressure is horrible on the 17th floor where I lived. I was lucky to have a great view looking north toward midtown and paying 527 per month ... plus 50 for unreserved parking - which I wasn't told about until I was signing my lease - I was just told originally that parking was in the deck below the building - nothing about an extra fee. Tiny apartment and not even worth the price. I moved out of there 2 months early while living in another apartment - which I only lived in for those 2 months becuause it flooded 4 times and caused about $4k in damages and in another one for a year. I signed the paperwork on my own townhouse just 2 days ago... thank god it's mine!
