To all the people complaining, I have no idea why and when you had your experiences (including the idiots that never stayed there, those are the ones writing stupid remarks for fun). Anyway, I stayed there 5 years until I bought my house a year ago. I moved in while I was in college and stayed there after, there was no place else I wanted to go. I had one of the best views in the place, the rent was affordable, and the people were cool. When the new apartments Savannah and the others were built I checked them out and they were nice but nothing could compare to my high-rise view and my picture windows at 710, I couldn't move! Especially when they totally revamped the lobby, the exercise room and built the deck. They made big improvements that worked out very very well. This is a wonderful place to meet people from different walks of life, I guess I'm just different like that... I love eclecticism. If you are liberal and love making friends of different kinds, this is a great place. There are lots of artsy talented people, up and coming movers and shakers and everything here, (including some people that sell weed and stuff but no place is full proof. You know what they say; you can??t choose your neighbors. These people usually end up getting put out anyway) and it's right in the mix on Peachtree, next to the Fox, next to Marta (if you ever need it) in the middle of everything. You can walk to where ever the hell you want to go, come home and pass the hell out! I've created long time friendships from 710. Music artists, writers, producers, designers even some punk heads, a couple of leasing agents (not all), the concierge, even the mail man Senior and everybody is cool as sh&t. I told myself I wouldn't move out unless I bought a place, and that's exactly what I did.
