My experience at 710 Peachtree has been horrible. The night when I moved in, no key was left for me. I drove a truck full of furnitures from 500 miles away and had to get a hotel room. Leasing agent was irresponsible. Moreover, heating/air conditioner is terrible. You will end up freezing to death in winter and burning up in summer. Additionally, there are a lot of roaches!! They are endless. In winter weather, you might not be able to get cold water; everything is warm..so for you who likes to drink tap water, there is no way. One time I had blackout in my apt, and I called for maintenance and they never came until the day after. What a mess! I wouldn't suggest you to move here.. I even suggest everyone to move out of here... They rip you off and the product isn't worth the $$$ you'll spend. (note: no safety.. concierge many times are not patroling. they no where to be found) A lot of homeless and prostitutes surrounding the area.
