I am renewing my lease. I looked around for a new place and realized that with the great location and price I could find anything.

There are some issues but nothing crazy. I always get a good response when I call for maintenance. I think that the residents need to be better about their guest. I think that most issues are caused by people not thinking about their neighbors.

I like living here and I have seen a change for the better since December.
