PROS: It is a very lively building and there are always new people to meet. Sometimes that's a good thing, sometimes not! It's a perfect location for those who use public transportation (right up the block from the North Ave train station). Very secure building and safe neighborhood on the main drag of Peachtree; I am a single woman and never felt unsafe here. Plenty of available washers, dryers, and treadmills available when you want them in the laundry & fitness centers. The observation deck is great, I watched the BET red carpet from there last fall! Overall, it's quiet. The computer lab is a nice perk and the equipment is always working.
CONS: I can occasionally smell weed when I am walking from the elevator. If you call management with any question, issue, or maintenance problem, they will NEVER call you back, I do mean NEVER. This may improve with the new management, but I haven't seen it yet. In my experience, you have to practically stalk someone to get anything addressed. The water temperature is unpredictable and usually too hot. There is a small bug problem here, but you usually do have that in older downtown buildings. There is inadequate parking for guests, and the resident parking is overpriced. The head concierge dude is a total a**.

This is a very convenient location and price for the Midtown Atlanta area. However, the management is absolutely unprofessional, mean-spirited and totally ineffectual. I have had pest control 2 times in the two years I have been here and the management had the audacity of telling me I had a bug problem. Everyone around me has a bug problem and the last few months I have woken up numerous times with rats on my pillow, and I have a cat!!! Management has NEVER addressed this situation and I am currently looking for something a little more civilized. I cannot stress enough....THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS HERE, and that's putting it mildly.

I totally disagree with you. Are we speaking of the same development? I do not have any bugs in my apartment. I signed up for my apartment to be sprayed once a week. You are telling a tale in ref: to RATS! So, why would you live under these conditions? Management has handled all of situations, which I have not had many. Maybe you should change your attitude and you might get RESULTS!!

I lived here a few years ago and overall it was pretty nice. I've NEVER had rats here, lots and lots of roaches(it's an old building)...Never RATS!!!!
