MY friends warned me , former roommates and co-workers all warned me to stay away from that complex but I didnt listen. At first it was great saw 1 or 2 bugs but hardly ever and painted to make the apartment seem like a home; however, then the problems started. The streets of peachtree are great during the day but transvestite hookers and their johns do their business in the parking lot and the outside perimeter. there are condom wrappers and sometimes the condoms themselves in front of the building. There are also a lot of mentally disturbed and confrontational individuals who walk the streets at night and at one point I was threatened with a knife so be careful.Water is hot and scalding in the morning and even the toilet emits steam!One time one of the staff members just forgot to apply my payment even though I paid every six months in advance! I also must warn you about the roaches and my oh my are there thousands and thousands of roaches. The entire building is infested and no matter how many times they promise you that Orkin is coming or has sprayed its not enough because spraying one room is not spraying the entire building!! The creeps who walk the hallways and ride the elevator stink of weed and alcohol and at one point i believe someone urinated in the elevator. Another man robbed a lady and got off the elevator and ran away. They say concierge but the guy at the desk has no responsibility whatsoever other than telling you that your time is up on the computer. Despite the good prices the thought of roaches crawling on you no matter how much you spray was definately enough reason for me not to renew my lease!
