Worst Apartments in Downtown Atlanta

When I was apartment hunting I went to almost every apartment building and complex between Williams Street and 25th Street. I chose 710 purely on price, but trust me it is worth it to go a few blocks north and pay a few dollars more a month.
The staff seems to change every few months, the security officers harass the tenants instead of protecting the building from outsiders, and the units are in horrible shape.
710 provides a computer center for its tenants, but the security staff is so ---- about the time limit it's ridiculous. I understand a lot of people live in the building and people need to have their turn on the computer, but if there are 5 open computers in the computer room and no one is waiting to use the computer, leave me allow and let me stay on the computer as long as no one else needs it.
Another thing that I find disturbing is the parking situation. The are assigned spots, but twice a month someone who does not even live in the building is parked in my spot. I pay 60 dollars a month for secured parking and the door to the garage stays out days on end.
Don't get me wrong the location is great, right across the street from the Fox theater and just a stone through away from Georgia Tech, but dealing with the Fox theater traffic was unbearable. To make matters worse 710 uses its street level parking lot for Fox theater event parking which makes it next to impossible to move in at start of your lease and out at the end out the lease.
My frig was broken for a month
The kitchen is a 2 by 2 box
The views are nice
The residents are mostly loud college kids
The rent is over priced for what you get
Bums hang-out outside the building all weekend long
The deposit is outrageous
my unit was not even cable ready
The laundry facilities were way out crowded, you can't expect 400 residents with no
in unit washer or dryer and no washer/dryer connections to share a dozen washing machine.
P.S. the building's heat is activated 6 months out of the year and the air is only on the other six. Also there are no balconies.
