When i first saw the apartment I was like "hmm, this is like a freakin hallway". But then the fact that i no longer had to deal with Georgia power/gas I was cool with it. I made some pretty good friends and partied alot...maybe too much. I didnt like the fact that my cable wire came from my closet so we had to plug and unplug to watch tv other wise people had to literally leap over the wire to get to the other side of the room. Back in 2006 we had a super bad roach problem and it was like they were draggin their feet to get it fixed but after the new management arrived in 2007 they finally stepped their game up and got it fixed. The head security guy anthony was more concerned about his girl friend who at one time was the PROPERTY MANAGER then his own damn job. Oh and please dont make any noise in the tv area- he will pitch a fit at you. The whole air conditioner thing is all 0 true- it does only stay heated for 6 months and then its cold for the other 6 months. So, you are gonna need to just keep ur windows open when it gets hot cause they havent fixed that ---- yet. Work out center is ok, laundry mat sux monkey balls, love the patio area- except it closes too early and you have to pay to even use the damn grill which is so not worth it. You maybe paying 750 for you apt but ur neighbor next door who moved in the same day you did is probably paying less then you and you'll hear that alot in 710..and thats just ----ed up to me. Plus i tried to paint my walls and like layers of chipped paint was just coming off- so tacky! Parking was the worst- i couldnt even run in to grab something i may have forgotten without getting a boot on my car, however i guess thats city life. But i too checked out these ratings and sites before i finally decided to move in and now that im done with my lease and didnt resign i am gonna have to be honest with you folks and say that its gonna be a different experience for everybody. So, then only was for you to really know that its for you is to just go there and check it out and have ur questions ready.
