Parking is a real problem if you have a guest with a car, although to be fair parking all over downtown is a problem. The concierge there is TERRIBLE. I have been living there nearly 18 months and I have seen at least 20 different people working that front desk and ALL of them are rude and unhelpful. I also had my car towed from the basement and I HAD A PERMIT! The concierge could have at least called to ask me to move but didn't. Lack of courtesy from the concierge. I am convinced the conceriege and someone at A-TOW towing are in cahoots. Additionally roaches are a BIG BIG problem. I am an extremely neat and clean person and despite my best efforts it I STILL see roaches. I've asked to get my carpet cleaned several times and management said they would call me back and never did...I just stopped trying because I figured I'm leaving soon anyway. Noise from pets, loud music and "other activities" are also a BIG problem. If you can swing going to another location, DO IT!! I absolutely will be leaving the place. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
