I've been here 9 months and I like it so far. The building is downtown right across the street from the train station. There are a lot of professional buildings in the area. There is a big roach problem and the trash backs up a little too much in the garbage shoot. The area is nice, however like downtown in any city at night you see a lot of homeless people. For rent and all the utilities I pay $652 per month which is great. I've read a lot of bad reviews on here but so far I haven't had most of those experiences living here. The one time I requested maintainence they came the same day and fixed the problem. The staff has been cool with me, so I recommend the place.
