Do you remember what it was like to live in the dorms in college' THIS IS WORSE!
I've lived here for a year and I absolutely hated everything about it! If you have food delivered to your apartment, you better wait downstairs to get your food because the concierge will not let them go up until they harrass them to death!

Everytime you walk off of the elevator, be prepared to smell the weed that is being smoked and step over roaches in the hallway!

Speaking of roaches, I have NEVER had a problem with roaches until this place! They are everywhere and my apartment was only sprayed once! I called numerous times just to be told that someone from the office would get back with me. Never happened.

Not once did I get to use my oven this year. I called maintenance twice to fix my oven. They would come while I was at work, and leave a piece of paper saying that they had been there and it was fixed. Well...it turned on but it smoked up the room within 5 minutes and made the smoke alarm go off! So I NEVER got to cook. Plus, there is no dishwasher or garbage disposal.

There was a crazy guy trying to kick down his ex-girlfriend's door across the hall from me, so I called the concierge to report it. The concierge, Markus, came up and basically told him "Don't do that" and went back downstairs. The guy continued to kick in the door (they are metal doors). When I called again to see why he hadn't made the guy leave, his response was "The guy's just trying to get his stuff back from his ex-girlfriend." '!'!'!''!'! It took NUMEROUS phone calls to get him to call the police!

I submitted my 60-day notice. I called TWICE to make sure I had done everything I needed to do to move out. Both times I was told, "Just come down on Dec. 31st and hand in your keys. Then we will do a walk-through." Okay...simple enough, right'
WRONG! I work from 7am till 3pm everyday! I called and 12:56pm to see if I could stop in after work to turn in my keys. The answering service kept me on hold until 1:03pm and when I asked if I could be connected to the front office, she said "that the office closed at 1pm today. Sorry. I'll take a message."

Not once did they tell me that they closed at 1pm today. No letter, no signs, nothing. I better not get charged. I hate this place. Do NOT move here!
