There is a significant lack of concern for the residents and it is absolutely ridiculous how many times this property has been sold in the past couple of yrs. The walls in these apts are extremely thin, and if you have noisy neighbors, than its an absolute nightmare to have to deal with. There is a large dumpster outside, so if you have the pleasure of having your window face the dumpster, than you can here garbage being dumped every night from the restaurant that does business in the same location. You might even get the chance to look outside at the dumpster and see bums going through the garbage looking for something to eat. If peace and quiet are important to you, this is NOT the place for you. Complaints go unresolved and it seems that every other day, there's some noisy construction going on in the building in the early morning. I will be so glad when my lease is up, living here has been a horror. The people that stay here are ghetto as hell, and they have no respect for their neighbors. I've lost countless nights of sleep due to noisy neighbors, among other things. You can smell weed walking down the hallway, you can smell a mixture of butt and fish in the parking deck, and the elevator tends to smell like pet waste. I would NEVER recommend these apts to my worst enemy! Oh, and my car has been broken into twice in the surrounding parking area. I was forced to get a parking space in the parking deck due to this, an extra $75 a month for a raggedy car.
