710 is completely overpriced for what you get, because what you get is junk. The staff is not very nice, there are bugs in your apartment, and you can't even get screens in your windows. The WATER is terrible! I had serious problems from drinking that water so I had to have a filter on all the time. I had to take very quick luke warm showers because the water caused skin irritation. The washers in the laundry room sometimes chose not to drain the water when it finished washing your clothes, then you'd throw your drenched clothes in the dryer, and an hour later you find out that dryer doesn't work. As for ending your lease earlier, cause well lets just face the facts that you are, you have to give a 90 day notice, and then you get charged a fee of an additional months rent plus a concession reimbursment fee. So basically I had to pay an extra 19 days of rent (when I wasn't there) because of the 90 days, then you add on an additional months rent, and then you repay your utilities for the months you were there. Utilities in the smaller apartment are $90 a month. So if you lived there for three months you pay an additional $270. You will not get what you pay for! The only thing that is worth it is the location. And don't get me started on the fox theater nights. If you need public transportation and are willing to sacrifice having healthy water, functioning washing machines and elevators,and a few new 6 legged pets then 710 is for you!
