Can't wait until my lease is up (in 13 mos). I have been here for a month. Still haven't received a copy of my lease. Was told to keep calling for a copy. Assigned 4 different parking spaces, although I paid for parking, first week 1/2 had to park in visitor parking only to have my car booted. Finally after repeatedly being inconvenienced and begging the concierge to call a manager because my space was occupied, they wanted me to wait hours to "allow" the person in the spot they assigned for me to move. 30 days in my "newly renovated" unit, Cockroaches in my kitchen, which I have barely used because I'm rarely home! I'm afraid to eat or cook in my apt. I was told they would put me on the "weekly" list for spraying. They come weekly'''' Elevators reek of urine. Staff inaccessible because of phone & internet problems. Positives, 1. The new rooftop outdoor space is beautiful. 2. When you do speak to staff they are professional 3. Concierge decent. 4. Location I wish I had read reviews before moving in...Fool me once....

Wow. Even after the superficial name change of the building to the 'Solace', this place is still utter garbage. Sad. I hope and pray you can break your lease and vacate that ghetto hell hole.

Yikes, 13 months left? Between the ghetto folk, roaches, horrible stenches, and hobos, I don't think you'll make it that long.

Management is always professional to one's face, but overall, they are pretty incompetant and unprofessional. I almost feel sorry for them.
