I regretted moving there almost immediately. Management was very rude, trashy, and unprofessional from the start. One can LITERALLY poke one's finger through the walls because they are so mildewy and rotten. There is mold growing all over the air conditioning unit, and cockroaches are everywhere. one can look out one's window and watch the prostitutes at night. Crackheads loiter around the building. It smells like human defacation in the garage, and a sweet-sickly smell of trash fills the hallway.

This comment is quite a bit exaggerated. Management has always been nothing but respectful and polite. The walls are not full of mildew and rotten, they are decent. I do admit of some mold on the AC units, it isn't much, but that should be taken care of. There is a cockroach problem, cannot deny this. While there are tranny prostitutes lurking around outside, this is an issue that occurs all through Midtown. If you don't like it, turn your head. Over all, this is a decent place for someone to live who's on a budget. The new leisure deck has a flat screen TV with cable, fireplace, water misters, and a grill....looks great!

INDEED, you can literally poke your finger through the rotting walls. Management apparently has too much spare time during the day;)
