so i've lived here for about 2 months and slowly but surely all things people have listed in this review has come true. the bugs are gross, the property manager is rude and all of these new rules have got to go. i mean seriously, who puts white pleather chairs in the lobby of a building that houses tons of college aged kids' and then they have the nerve to implement rules of "no eating, no lounging, and no inappropriate clothing in the lobby..." what'!' i pay rent, i should be able to wear, go and do what i please... how can you ban someone from what they help pay for' too many people have been moving out and i should have known better and took that as a sign but alas, i still have 11 months to go before i haul my behind over to the alexander on ponce... lol 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

Well I feel that rules are need for this building otherwise people will eat down there and leave their mess where ever that had it. I must admit that there are a lot of nasty ass people that live here and I will not even get started with those pets and how they let them do whatever. If you want to keep nice stuff nice you MUST have rules!!!! Think about it you pay for school and on campus you can't have food in the library, you can't be improperly dressed....come on people get it together, this is the first company that has actually "upgraded" or tried to do anything with this building. I admit that sometimes the property manager may be a little too much, but she has to because some people just don't get it and still want to do stuff like let people in that don't live here and let their dogs piss in the hallways, elevators, and entrance ways, play loud ass music when its time to go to bed, bring in hookers off the street in the building and fight and cause trouble......and more!!! So Rules are needed because some of you (not you per say) act like kids and must be treated that way!!!! This has by far been the best company to have this building and I am very appreciative of the renovations and the staff. And FYI, there are some ruff spots in Buckhead!!

Sounds like the writer of this review has a bit of a 'tude, if you ask me. You're not living in momma's basement, kid - it's an apartment building and they have RULES.
