1.) Roaches: I've lived here a month. I haven't seen any, but I do my dishes right after I eat and I never leave food out. I may have to come back to this, but I haven't seen any yet.

2.) Location/Safety: It's midtown Atlanta. Duh, there are prostitutes, bums and crackheads. It's one of the safer locations in midtown. You can check the APD crime map for that. Use common sense if you go out at night. You live in the city, not Gwinnett County.

3.) Parking: Parking is a little silly. Maybe if people were just allowed to park anywhere on their assigned level it would be better. People are constantly parking in the wrong spot, but overall, management is pretty cool about it. Also, there is no visitor parking, which is also pretty lame.

4.) Noise: You can hear through the walls, quite well, but it hasn't been a really bad problem for me. I do live near the trash chute, so when that door shuts, it's super loud.

5.) Staff: Concierge and office staff have been super nice. They even replaced my door key thingy for free when it broke.

6.) Construction: It's an old building, but it's solid. The walls are plaster, so they do chip. My unit is renovated, and it looks really nice, but some of the bathroom features are a little old. It's hard to shut the bathroom door because of swelling. I haven't contacted the office about it though, because it's not a big deal to me.

7.) Grounds: I don't notice any of the trash that other people have. The rooftop (3rd floor) deck is really pretty and all of the renovations look great.
