People are envious when I tell them about Solace. It's right next to the FOX and right at the start of Midtown. A short walk to everything, and the rent is cheap. There are lots of terrible reviews around here, ... more

Great Location but OverPriced

I love the location, but that's all it has going for it. The worse is the late fee. You have to pay $160 if your rent is not paid by the third. Simply Ridiculous. The roaches are horrible and it's ... more

THEY HAVE US FREEZING IN HERE!!!

Utilities included may SOUND good, but they just switched off the HEAT with 40 DEGREE TEMPERATURES OUTSIDE! They have our entire BUILDING freezing and won't turn it back on! If it's COLD outside and they have the settings on "air ... more
