I've lived here 3 years and about to sign another year less than a month from now.
I don't enjoy living here, I tolerate it.
I live on the 1st level and you can hear everything above. You can also hear the apartment complex next door, music and parties going on till 3am. I've called the Police 6 times in my 3 years and it never changes; I've talked to management, nothing done.
My car has been hit twice by the gate arm, the rear, 2 dents which the apartment complex says they aren't responsible for.
Poor management, you have to beg them to replace the air filter after it's been a year and needs replaced. The carpet is hard to keep clean, always dirt on the bottom of my white socks. Windows are super thin, you can hear traffic and I'm not even near the highway. If you have a question you can be sure they don't have the answer and they will get back to you but they never do. Forget about complaining about anything, you will get NO where.
Bushes, trees and grass are dying. You see people working on the front of the complex but what about the rest of it, they forget they have the whole property to maintain.
TONS of people coming and going, not sure if it's drug dealing but something is going on. It's hard to find parking whenever the weekend hits, forget it.
People ringing from the gate asking if you will let them in, they forgot their gate remote. This happens several times a month and all hours of the day.
You ask me, why the hell would you stay if you've had so many problems.
Answer: Perfect location for my job, low rent and they allow my pets.
If you tolerate the problems you can deal with this apartment complex. Good Luck :)
