I lived here for a year. The apartments are phenomenal! The leasing staff is great! However, the "element" across the street is the problem. We heard shooting every weekend and one of our neighbors actually had a bullet come through her front window. They also play their music loud all the time. If I could pick the apartments up and move them, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. But as long as they remain where they are, they just aren't worth it.
