I lived at 771 for the last 3 years after moving here from Lakeshore Crossing. My boyfriend & I wanted a newer property closer to the MARTA station. At first it was a hard transition b/c the staff really didnt seem to be on the same page. Different rules at different times. About 2 years ago, the entire staff form Lakeshore came over to 771. MAJOR IMPROVEMENT! Enforcing policy is never easy....I hated getting their notices on my door...but at least they were trying! I saw the diference in how fast my maintenance issues were done & how much they beleived in their own product. Before I moved out, the maintenance supervisor moved into my building. He was always pleasant and I would often see him helping residents after work. The property was near every highway, a lot of shopping, & I was always 15 minutes from everything. My new job & new boyfriend are in Alpharetta, so I moved to save on gas. Otherwise, I would still be there. While reading the reviews of my new community...I was shocked to see only negative comments. It seems people only take the time to complain & never compliment. I enjoyed my time at 771 & recommend it to anyone interested in Buckhead.
