MIGHT get to it in 1-2 days. A lot of college kids here so parties all the time, so if you have to be up early in the morning, I promise you won't get much sleep. If you live on the bottom floor, you hear everything above you. Your right beside I-285, so you hear all the traffic, sirens, etc. 1125 for 2 bed, 2 bath. Little high if you ask me. Traffic is crazy right outside the apt complex. Oh and until you sign your contract, you get a call daily! They have a pool, but everyone and there mom comes out to it, so good luck getting in it. The gym, well lets just say it has a treadmill. Hot water lasts about 20 mins or less when you shower. Carpet is cheap, and not a color you would want to have if you have kids, or pets. Vacuum it a few times, and it begins to shred. There is hardly little to no security. People walk the complex at all hours. There is no noise control, and every weekend like clock work residents from all over throw parties, music, etc, with no respect to others in the complex. The Maint. Guy is super nice, but the others act like its an issue to speak to you. They rush you to get in, but speak to you no more after that. Nice area to live in, besides the GHETTO across the street, which isn't patrolled or safe. Marta bus stop outside the gate. Not the worse place to live, but not the best either. Prices are to high. The gate works about 30 percent of the time, and no other entrance to come in but the main gate. Good luck getting a parking space! No traffic control or enough visitor parking. Gets old coming home from work and having to drive around and around and around to find a place to park (at a place you pay rent). I am staying til my lease is up - but thank God once its up, I am out of here!

Since I just wrote a review I thought I'd comment on this one as well. - 1/2 days for a repair is good! Unless you're use to having your dad fix things immediately. And if it's an emergency they'll come out immediately. I had someone at my apartment at 10pm on a Sunday, one hour later after the request and that's because the guy was coming from out in Alpharetta. -College kids? You must have got stuck with the one above you. Did you ask them to keep it down or just complain in private? I've had zero issues in the 10 months I've been here thus far. One time I've had to ask someone to keep it down and they gladly obliged. - We are not near 285. Are you sure you lived here and not somewhere else? BTW we are in the city. Having lived in Philly and Dallas, you should feel fortunate it's quite. I might also suggest closing your windows as that works for me. -Too much pool use. That sounds like a big problem. The pool must be awful lol. Seriously what's wrong with people enjoying the pool. You sound anti-social and destine for the burbs. Hello! You live in an apartment complex. -Work out facility isn't big or spectacular, so if that's the most important thing to you, you're probably right 771 isn't right for you. -My wife says I take obnoxiously long showers and I've never had it run out. Even when we have guests and run it 4 showers in a row. -We have brand new carpet in our place. Most do when you move in. I'm no expert but it's pretty nice IMO. And the 20 times I've vacuumed, I've never noticed it "shedding" lol -I have yet to see a party, I feel like I'm missing out since you say they happen every weekend like clockwork. -Management is very very very nice. Have you ever stopped by to just say hi instead of just complaining? I always get a waive. Maybe it's your personality that's the issue. -Area is very safe. My wife and I walk to Chilli's, Five Guys, Target, etc often and have never had any issues. -Gate have never been broken in the 10 months I've been here. Contrary to where I use to live, Uptown Square, which is more expensive and has a broken gate every weekend. -You are not guaranteed to park right in front of your building, but I've never had to walk more than 10-15 spots to get to my door. Think about that, 15 spots max. How lazy do you have to be if that's a big deal???
