If you are thinking about leasing here, try to schedule a visit in the very late afternoon, or after business hours if possible to get realistic view of how loud it will be there. Like any building, it is quiet at the times they would prefer you to visit. Also the "gated parking" is an unlined asphalt slab surrounded by a rusty chain link fence. The gate is extremely loud and squeaky, and unfortunely people come and go all night. The only real problem with parking is that because the lot isn't lined, people take up too much room or park at a weird angle, so there is sometimes not enough parking. The building next door is an "Open Door Community" which is just a pretty way of saying homeless shelter. There will be loud homeless people next door. They will constantly be going through your trash, but the most disgusting discovery is that they often defecate next to the trash can! The office staff is pretty rude from my experience, and they seem to not really care about their tenants, just the rent checks. The rent is cheap for the square footage, but it isn't really a good value if you conider all of the negatives associated with the apartment. I don't recommend it.

Thank you! I dont know why people dont do that before they move to a complex. A neighbrohood is completely different at night than it is during the day. During the day the kids are at school, the crack heads are sleep and people are at work.
