The apartments look very nice as far as amenity is concerned. The staff are generally friendly. However, there are a few drawbacks. My big concern is that the construction quality of buildings doesn't seem to match their appearance. The wall is paper thin, and you can hear your neighbors walking or talking at normal volume. And the most annoying is that the building I live in generates some sort of weird, harsh banging noise randomly every day, which has been causing me insomnia probelms throughout the year. I'm not sure if this problem only occurs in a few units or just the one I live in. Anyhow, I thought it's worth mentioning.
